This was a custom home designed and built for the Duncan family who were relocating to middle Tennessee. This young family with four children wanted a new home that would provide them with a warm and relaxing setting to start a new season of life. We broke ground in February 2007 and worked with them long distance helping with selections and decisions for the first several months of construction. The Duncan's arrived in Franklin in July and worked closely with us as we finished their new home. In October 2007 the house was completed and delivered to the Duncan family. They have filled their new home with life, laughter and fun.
